About Rollie Kimbrough
As executive director and president of entrepreneurship empowerment group Community Resources, Inc., Rollie Kimbrough draws on more than 35 years of executive experience. He accepted his current role following more than 20 years of leadership as founding president and CEO of MCSI Technologies. Responsible for driving revenues of more than $300 million, Rollie Kimbrough built an employee base of several thousand and secured contracts with multiple government and private sector organizations.
Rollie Kimbrough has collaborated extensively with the United States government, having accepted an appointment to the U.S. Small Business Administration's Region III Regulatory Fairness Board during the Clinton administration. He has also served on the U.S. Department of Commerce Information System Advisory Board, the Democratic National Committee's Business Leadership Council, and the Board of Minority Business Education and Defense Fund, among other organizations. He holds a master of business administration from American InterContinental University and has undertaken advanced study in business, computer science, and physics at a number of other institutions. Mr. Kimbrough now leverages this diverse background to secure resources for new businesses and help communities break the cycle of poverty.
